Apps for the work around your books
QuickBooks keeps your books. The jobs around them happen somewhere else: someone looks up a customer’s address before a visit, someone follows up on unpaid invoices, someone checks an estimate before the work starts. GoodTaco builds a small app for each of those jobs on your QuickBooks Online data.
Describe the app in plain words, like “a list of unpaid invoices by customer, oldest first”, and GoodTaco builds it. You change it by chatting, with no coding.
Connect with your Intuit sign-in
Click Connect in GoodTaco, sign in with Intuit and choose your company. GoodTaco doesn’t see your password, and it renews access on its own. If access ever stops working, connect again.
What your app can do with QuickBooks data
Apps read your QuickBooks Online records and can create and update them through the buttons and forms you ask for. For example:
- Customer lookup: find a customer and see their contact details and open invoices
- Invoice follow-up: list unpaid invoices by customer, so follow-up calls start from one list
- Estimates: see estimates waiting on a decision, or add a new one from a form
- Items and prices: give staff a searchable list of what you sell and what it costs
When your app adds or changes a record, the change goes straight into QuickBooks. Try any button that writes to your books before you share the app.
QuickBooks Online only
GoodTaco connects to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop isn’t supported.
