GoodTaco partner program terms

These terms apply to the GoodTaco partner program described on the partner program page. By applying to and taking part in the program, you agree to them. GoodTaco runs the program with Dub, which provides partner links, the partner dashboard, payouts and tax forms.

1. Joining the program

You apply through the application form. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Once you’re approved, you get a personal partner link.

2. Commission

• You earn 30% of the subscription payments made by each customer you refer.
• Commission covers each customer’s first 6 months of payments, counted from their first payment, not from their signup.
• Credit packs, auto-reload purchases and other one-time purchases don’t earn commission.
• When a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reduced or reversed.

3. What counts as a referral

• A referral is a new GoodTaco signup that arrives through your partner link. Existing GoodTaco users don’t count.
• Your link sets a cookie that lasts 90 days. If a visitor clicks more than one partner link, the first partner link they clicked keeps the referral.
• A referral earns commission only when that customer pays for a subscription.

4. Payouts

• Commissions are held for 30 days, then paid monthly through Dub once your balance reaches $20.
• Dub pays by bank transfer, PayPal or another method depending on your country, and collects the tax forms it needs.
• You’re responsible for any taxes on the commissions you receive.

5. Rules

• No self-referrals. You can’t earn commission on your own accounts or accounts you control.
• Don’t bid on “GoodTaco” or close variants of it in search ads.
• Don’t list your link on coupon or deal sites, and don’t send spam.
• Say that your link is a paid link wherever you share it.

6. Fraud and removal

Referrals and commissions that come from fraud or from breaking these rules are void. We may remove a partner from the program for fraud or for breaking these rules, and commissions not yet paid out on those referrals won’t be paid.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We’ll tell partners at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
