1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by Deplyr Corp., which does business as GoodTaco, 901 H St Ste 120 PMB 1124, Sacramento, CA 95814 (“GoodTaco” or “Sponsor”). Address any mail about the giveaway to Deplyr Corp.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility for it. Questions about the giveaway go to GoodTaco, not Meta.

2. Dates

The giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 6, 2026 (the “entry period”). Entries made outside the entry period don’t count. GoodTaco’s clock is the official clock for the giveaway.

3. Who can enter

You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, living there when you enter.
You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority where you live, when you enter.
You need your own Instagram or Facebook account, in line with that platform’s rules.
Employees, officers and contractors of GoodTaco, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and people in their households can’t enter.

4. How to enter

During the entry period, on the GoodTaco giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook:

follow the GoodTaco page on that platform;
like the giveaway post; and
leave a comment on the giveaway post.

You must do all three to get an entry. You must still follow the page when the winner is drawn, so we can confirm your entry.

5. One entry per person

Each person can get only one entry in total, across Instagram and Facebook combined. Extra comments, or entering on both platforms, don’t give you more entries.
Using more than one account, someone else’s account, fake accounts, bots or any other automated method to enter disqualifies you.
Comments must not be offensive, unlawful, or infringe anyone’s rights. GoodTaco may remove such comments and disqualify the people who post them.

6. Prize

One winner gets an Owala water bottle and a $20 Starbucks gift card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $50.

The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. GoodTaco may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of it becomes unavailable.
Owala and Starbucks aren’t sponsors of this giveaway and aren’t involved in running it. GoodTaco buys the prize at retail.
The gift card is subject to Starbucks’ terms and conditions. GoodTaco isn’t responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, or for Starbucks’ actions.
GoodTaco ships the physical prize to the winner’s address in the United States, at no cost, about 30 days after the winner confirms. The gift card may be sent by email.
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. How the winner is picked

On November 9, 2026, GoodTaco will pick one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on both platforms.
Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
GoodTaco will check that the selected entrant meets these rules before they’re confirmed as the winner.

8. Contacting the winner

GoodTaco will send a direct message to the selected entrant from the official GoodTaco account on the platform they entered on, by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on November 9, 2026.
GoodTaco sends all messages about the giveaway, to entrants and to the winner, during business hours only: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays (“business days”).
To claim the prize, the selected entrant must reply within 3 business days of the message, confirm they meet these rules, and give their name, email and US shipping address.
If the selected entrant doesn’t reply within 3 business days, can’t be reached, isn’t eligible, or declines the prize, they forfeit it and GoodTaco will pick an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, using the same process. GoodTaco will pick up to three alternates; if none claims the prize, it won’t be awarded.
GoodTaco will only ever contact you from its official account, and will never ask for a payment, a password or bank or card details to claim a prize. Report fake accounts claiming to be GoodTaco to the platform.

9. Announcing the winner

Once the winner has confirmed and agreed, GoodTaco may announce their first name or account handle on Instagram and Facebook by November 30, 2026. With the winner’s permission, GoodTaco may also share a photo of them with the prize. To get the winner’s name, email compliance@goodtaco.ai by December 31, 2026, with the subject “Work smarter. Stay fueled. winner.”

10. Your information

GoodTaco uses the information you share by entering, and the winner’s contact and shipping details, to run the giveaway, choose and contact the winner, and deliver the prize. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Entering doesn’t sign you up for GoodTaco emails.

11. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to GoodTaco’s decisions, which are final on all matters about the giveaway.
GoodTaco may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules, tampers with the giveaway, or acts fraudulently or disruptively.
If fraud, technical problems, platform changes or anything else beyond GoodTaco’s control affect the giveaway, GoodTaco may change, pause or cancel it. If it’s cancelled, GoodTaco may pick the winner from eligible entries received before the problem.
GoodTaco isn’t responsible for entries that are lost, late or not recorded because of platform outages, account problems, or comments a platform hides or removes.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release GoodTaco and Meta Platforms, Inc., and their officers, employees and agents, from any claims arising from the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, to the extent the law allows. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law.

13. Disputes

California law governs these rules. Any dispute about the giveaway is resolved individually, without a class action, in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, or in small claims court where you live if your claim qualifies.
